Mercy Urgent Care in Western North Carolina has a variety of payment options so you can choose what is best for you.

SELF-PAY
No insurance, or have a high-deductible plan? The Self-Pay option offers a discount to those patients who choose to pay in full for their visit at the time of service while not utilizing insurance. The Self-Pay option is based on a tiered pricing program, making it a simple and affordable choice.
For your convenience, Mercy Urgent Care accepts cash, checks, debit, and all major credit cards. Payment is due the day of service, failure to pay in full will result in the loss of the discounted pricing.
Tiered Pricing
Telemedicine – $99 Remote video visit with a provider. If an in-person visit is required for full examination or testing, the $99 will be applied to overall cost |
Level 1 – $149 Basic Includes an office visit with a provider and treatment plan |
Level 2 – $189 Intermediate Includes an office visit with a provider and treatment plan, PLUS either one lab test ( strep, mono, urine or the like), injection, x-ray, EKG, nebulizer treatment, ear lavage or other single service |
Level 3 – $249 Advanced Includes an office visit with a provider and treatment plan, PLUS multiple lab tests, multiple x-rays, injections, laceration repairs or procedures or other multiple services. COVID-19 PCR and flu tests are automatically Level 3 |
For injury related visits: Durable Medical Equipment (DME) such as crutches, braces, and immobilizers are excluded, and will be sold at a discounted rate. Ask a Patient Service Specialist for the DME Menu to review pricing.
Make your visit even more convenient. Please bring the following:
- Driver’s license or photo ID
- Health insurance information if you have insurance
- Payment (cash, check, debit or major credit card) for co-pay, deductible, or Self-Pay visit
- List of medications, allergies, and past surgeries
- Parental authorization form (for minors under 18 without a parent present)
