Service Setup Form
If you haven’t done so recently, a representative from your company should complete, or update, the Employer Services Setup Form. This step ensures that contact information and authorized occ-med services are up-to-date in Mercy Urgent Care’s system — this can be updated at any time.
Service Authorization
A service authorization form needs to be completed on behalf of every employee who is sent to Mercy Urgent Care for Occ-Med services. To make the visit more seamless, we recommend completing this step before sending an employee to Mercy.
Employer Portal Access
Our new Employer Portal through AthenaHealth allows you to keep track of employee Occ-Med visits (excluding personal visits) and pay outstanding bills. Employees have access to their own personalized patient portal.
Test Result Access
Mercy Urgent Care will soon offer drug test results via a secure online portal, in addition to email. Our portal will provide 24/7 access to drug screens and breath alcohol testing results and serve as a convenient, centralized database for future reference and compliance needs.
