We were greeted promptly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Jacqueline and the physician assistant were kind and had wonderful bedside manner. They explained everything patiently, chatted with us while we waited, and were proficient and knowledgeable. My husband said he has never had such a good experience at an urgent care or an ER. The stitches were flawless and almost painless.

If I could give Mercy Urgent Care 10 stars, I would. I was visiting Boone NC when I need to stop in. Everyone there was kind and super helpful. I needed a test run but even with that I was in and out in less than an hour! They were wonderful. They were also the only urgent care in Boone that actually answered their phone when I called. Now that’s saying something.

I had to go to urgent care and decided on Mercy Urgent Care in Boone because I went to Mercy in Brevard last year and was impressed by their care—I had the same experience at the Boone Mercy Urgent Care! The staff is kind and welcoming. The doctor listened carefully to my history and helped advise me on next steps. The office itself is clean, quiet, and peaceful! It’s an all-around good place to go when you’re not feeling well!

Every person from the front office, to the nurse, to the provider was absolutely kind, helpful and amazing! I came here for all the excellent reviews and it’s absolutely true! Thank you so much team!
