I tripped while helping my husband load our truck with building supplies. He took me to Mercy to have my facial injuries treated. We were taken right to the exam room and the nurse practioner and medical assistant helped us promptly. The NP was professional, competent and yet friendly and reassuring. The receptionist and medical assistant were helpful and kind. I would highly recommend the urgent care center!

The staff is very caring and helpful. I get anxiety about going to the doctor and they made me feel welcome and safe. I also don’t currently have insurance and they worked with me to make the visit and prescriptions as affordable as possible. I highly recommend Mercy Urgent Care.

I love it. The office staff was fantastic. They were so nice and caring. The doctor on call was wonderful she explained everything what she thought was wrong and how she was going to fix it. I’m going back for sure. Thanks so much for opening the office we sure needed it.
