I had to go to urgent care and decided on Mercy Urgent Care in Boone because I went to Mercy in Brevard last year and was impressed by their care—I had the same experience at the Boone Mercy Urgent Care! The staff is kind and welcoming. The doctor listened carefully to my history and helped advise me on next steps. The office itself is clean, quiet, and peaceful! It’s an all-around good place to go when you’re not feeling well!

I have lived in six different states across the U.S. and attended urgent cares from New Mexico to Maine to Georgia and I can honestly say that this is the best one I have ever attended. Kind, welcoming, thorough and attentive, they make you feel relaxed and not rushed and listened to. I was even able to text them before the appointment to say I was running late and they were very accommodating. I have never had such a positive experience. I wish the lovely team all the best for the future.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care I got at Mercy Urgent Care in Boone. I had gone to the clinic because I’d sustained injuries from a sudden accident. The entire staff was extremely professional, and the facility was very well run. But the thing that makes my visit there so exceptional was the amount of genuine care and concern I received on the part of the entire staff, and in particular by the attending physician, Dr. Timothy Brisbin, who is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I highly recommend Mercy Urgent Care.
