I was treated by Dr. Emily Hester for vertigo and a chronic sinus infection. She was reassuring, a good listener and my husband and I both found her to be most knowledgeable. I rarely take conventional medicine due to sensitivities and I felt she was sympathetic to my concerns. We are so fortunate to have such kind, knowledgeable physicians in Weaverville.

I cannot begin to explain how impressed I am with this urgent care. I had a 6 p.m. appointment, had already been checked in and seen by the intake nurse by 5:45 p.m., seen by the physician assistant and out the door by 6:03 p.m. The professionalism and the efficiency, top-notch. If you need urgent care, this is the place to go hands-down.

I recently had a potentially serious medical concern. It’s very difficult to get in to see my PCP, so I went to Mercy Urgent Care in Weaverville. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was taken back shortly. The doctor was very attentive and recommended an ultrasound, which thankfully was negative. I did a return appointment this following week, and again I was well cared for. If you need excellent urgent care that’s locally accessible, go to a Mercy Urgent Care location near you. You will be relieved that you did! I’m glad they were there for me.
