I always choose this Mercy Urgent Care location when in need of urgent care. I feel very confident with the knowledgeable staff. I have had multiple allergy reactions in the past to antibiotics but Christina the nurse practitioner helped ease my mind with her insight. I would highly recommend this business.

It was so easy to make an appointment online. I checked in and only had to wait 20 minutes before seeing Lisa, the provider. She was thorough and very detailed. Her nurse was equally as wonderful. Highly recommend Mercy Urgent Care in Waynesville.

I cannot recommend this facility enough. I recently had to go in for a suspected broken ankle, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly efficient—they confirmed the break, got me fitted into a boot, and provided very clear directions on how to manage my recovery, all while getting me on my way very quickly. Beyond the speed, what really stood out was how kind and professional everyone was throughout the entire process. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier to handle!

All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. PA Lisa was thorough and informative with her exam and welcomed our questions. Her care was tailored to our individual issues – no “cookie cutter” care here! My husband and I both were very pleased with the care we received. This will be our ‘go to’ clinic from now on!
