The staff was outstanding in working with a 97-year-old veteran who had difficulty hearing. Very patient and knowledgeable. The explanation was very helpful and was explained in simple terms. Suggestion for additional testing was most appreciated. Staff were efficient, and scheduling was straightforward. Would recommend.

Our nephew sprained his ankle. Even though they were about to close, they got us in right away, helped with an insurance issue (we are from out of town), and had him x-rayed. They were so kind and not once made us feel like a bother. Thank you.

I have been able to count on the Mercy Urgent Care team for quality care whenever me or my family members need it. Their online appointment system assures we’re seen quickly and at times that work with our schedule. The registration process is easy, the medical professionals are competent and thorough, and any questions that I’ve had after the visit have been addressed to satisfaction. I recommend, 10/10.

I always choose this Mercy Urgent Care location when in need of urgent care. I feel very confident with the knowledgeable staff. I have had multiple allergy reactions in the past to antibiotics but Christina the nurse practitioner helped ease my mind with her insight. I would highly recommend this business.
