Each time I have needed urgent care they are always very professional and are more than glad to help. It is easy to make an appointment online. The waiting time is very little and they are always caring and compassionate. Our county is very fortunate to have Mercy Urgent Care.

Both Maggie and Anna once again were great, professional, thorough, and gentle. I have followed up with a finger wound care specialist and all seems well. Thank you for the great care and the front desk receptionist as well. So glad to have that option available in our little town! I would definitely recommend the facility!

My son started acutely screaming and crying while going to the bathroom. I took him in immediately, there was zero wait time. All of the staff from check in to nurse to provider were extremely patient with my almost hysterical 11-year-old. He got extremely nauseous and threw up all over the bathroom. They comforted him, giving him Gatorade and a plan to follow up at the ER after being diagnosed with a probable kidney stone. I was extremely thankful for these ladies treating us with kindness during a scary time.
