Tony the nurse, Colleen the nurse practitioner in training and Kaity the nurse practitioner were all amazing! We got checked in immediately and seen within 10 minutes of arriving. They made us feel very cared for and Tony even came out to greet us and make my daughter feel comfortable before we got called back. I would 100% recommend Mercy Urgent Care South Asheville!

Great people, great care, in and out in 30 minutes. I went in with a complaint about swelling in my left foot. The PA listened to all I had to say, inspected the foot, and made a solid diagnosis. They understood why I didn’t want to take the commonly prescribed remedy and provided a better (for me) alternative. She also noticed another potential issue I hadn’t complained of and made a referral to a specialist.

I had an excellent experience at Mercy Urgent Care South Asheville. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. The front desk associate was genuinely welcoming and compassionate, making me feel comfortable right away. The nurse was efficient and kept everything moving smoothly. I especially appreciated the nurse practitioner, who took the time to thoughtfully consider my situation instead of rushing to a decision.
