The process to book an appointment and check in was fast and friendly. Dr. Avery was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. A very good experience all around.

All of the staff was very friendly and professional. It was my first visit. Hopefully I won’t need many more, but that’ll definitely my first choice. I was impressed with the facility and everything it offers. A great choice for any medical issues that may come up. We all know stuff happens when you least expect it.

My visit to Mercy Urgent Care West Asheville was stellar! I was greeted at reception by Marie, who was warm, compassionate and kind. John, the PA I saw, was equally interested in my situation and met every question and concern with warmth and respect.

With a nasty, bloody gash on my leg, I dreaded the thought of the ER on July 3rd when I saw the nearby FastMed was closed. Googled urgent care and discovered Mercy in West Asheville. I walked in and Amber started treating me almost immediately. Cameron, the NP on duty, deftly sewed me up with five painless stitches. I was back home in time for dinner. Great caring and expert people.
