We had a great experience! The secretary asked my son if he’d like to work on a craft while we waited, which I thought was an amazing touch! He continued the craft in the exam room because we were taken back right away. After he was seen, he was able to put his craft on the tree in the hallway. Everyone treated us with such kindness and compassion. I am grateful to have Mercy Urgent Care in our community.

Woke up this morning with the intention of getting an appointment with my primary care doctor but as normal they never have anything open until a month or two out. Went on the app for Mercy Urgent Care Foothills and got an appointment same day. The staff was excellent. I highly recommend them.

The best urgent care there is! Such caring and compassionate staff. Very clean facility! Wait times are the best. My family has been several times and I recommend it to everyone I talk to.

My husband and I walked in the clinic without an appointment for a skin infection and ear infections. We were seen within 10 minutes by the intake nurse. She was very kind and attentive to both my husband and me. Very shortly thereafter, we were seen by the Dr who was so empathetic, gentle and efficient. Prescriptions were called in to CVS, located across the street, before we left the clinic. We are both very satisfied with our care and would highly recommend the clinic and staff.
