As a front desk specialist, I was able to experience the true Mercy experience as a patient myself. Staff members at every level were kind: Maylynn checked me in quickly; Curtis was attentive to my needs; and Emily my provider was wonderful. I watched Kristen train a new x-ray tech, Cecilia, who did a phenomenal job getting a clear x-ray on her first try. Even Africa, our drug screen lab tech, came to check on me after noticing I was a patient. We have a dream team at Mercy West and I’m glad to be a part of it.

I felt like I had heat exhaustion and that was basically validated, along with running a blood panel. Everyone is so nice there, I always go here when I have an emergency. Tonight they were unusually busy, but it wasn’t bad. I’m so grateful they are here! Thank you all!

I came to Asheville to celebrate my anniversary but started to have really bad back pain. Went to Mercy Urgent Care and they were very nice. The front desk lady gave me an ice pack for while I was waiting. The person checking us in was great and the doctor was amazing. We really felt taken care of. I would recommend this urgent care.

This is my second visit to Mercy Urgent Care, and the experience was once again great. As a retired emergency medicine physician, I am intimately aware of the challenges of providing outpatient care. Mercy UC provides timely, efficient, personalized, high-quality medical care. Surpassed all of my expectations!
