The staff was very helpful and tried their best to help me anyway they possibly could. They didn’t rush me, they took their time and used their resources. I am very thankful for coming here. I have been coming to this urgent care for over 15 years.

From being greeted at the front desk to seeing the provider, entire staff were pleasant, personable and respectful. Nursing staff were focused on getting patients triaged and treated a timely fashion. Facility was much larger than expected and very clean. I will most definitely come back to this facility should I need urgent care again.

I want to thank the staff at Mercy Urgent Care West for getting both my husband and myself in quickly on a Sunday morning. We were both diagnosed with Pneumonia A. All though we got our flu shots in his year, this strain has been very aggressive this year. Both Zack and Katie were very friendly and thorough. I would recommend them with your health urgent care needs.
