Very pleased with my visit. Provider was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. Location is convenient and hours accommodating since I could not get in to see my PCP today.

Came in with laceration and was seen fast and all staff was very considerate. Doctor stitched my finger up and there was no pain and he was very thorough with the exam and the procedure. I also received a tetanus shot and it was easy breezy. Would highly recommend to anyone.

As a RN of 19 years, I was extremely impressed with the Weaverville location. The receptionist, tech and PA were all very personal and professional. My experience has been that the majority of MDs, PAs are rushed and don’t take the time to address your questions, explain things or examine you. This certainly was not the case with E. Penick, PA. She was very thorough. The tech was a young gentleman with excellent people skills. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this urgent care. It’s a rarity to have such an excellent experience.

Definitely recommend this office of Mercy Clinic. The staff is caring, sensitive, professional, and they KNOW excellent medical diagnosis. PA McGowan is simply wonderful, and the front desk lady is absolutely the best. You may have a wait time, but remember, they will spend the same amount of quality time with you, as they do with the patient in front of you.
