I have never visited this clinic before but now that I have I will certainly come back. Scheduling appointments online was quick and easy. The clinic itself was very clean and the staff, from reception to the providers, were very friendly and efficient. I felt very cared for at this place and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this place.

Very pleased with my visit. Provider was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. Location is convenient and hours accommodating since I could not get in to see my PCP today.

Came in with laceration and was seen fast and all staff was very considerate. Doctor stitched my finger up and there was no pain and he was very thorough with the exam and the procedure. I also received a tetanus shot and it was easy breezy. Would highly recommend to anyone.

As a RN of 19 years, I was extremely impressed with the Weaverville location. The receptionist, tech and PA were all very personal and professional. My experience has been that the majority of MD’s, PA’s are rushed and don’t take the time to address your questions, explain things or examine you. This certainly was not the case with E. Penick, PA. She was very thorough. The tech was a young gentleman with excellent people skills. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this urgent care. It’s a rarity to have such an excellent experience.
