Minimum wait time. Staff was professional and attentive. Excellent performance by everyone involved, I wish emergency rooms were that efficient.

I came home from vacation with a broken wrist. Kristen was exceptional! She got patients in and out quickly, but still managed to spend quality time with each one. She answered my questions and make me feel valued! The provider Grace also did her job very well. They checked me over and made sure I had an appointment at the orthopedic clinic of my choice all lined up. I would definitely recommend Mercy Urgent Care!

Had been sick for a week with a cough, walked in Monday morning at 8 with no appointment and was out of there by 9. Meds called to CVS. They did a culture, called me next day about results. They even called to see how I was doing. Highly recommend.
August 2025
Woke up with strep throat on Labor Day. Thank goodness Mercy Urgent Care was open! Everyone was friendly. They got me checked in, diagnosed, and called my meds in to CVS in record time. Whew — thanks Doc!
