Had been sick for a week with a cough, walked in Monday morning at 8 with no appointment and was out of there by 9. Meds called to CVS. They did a culture, called me next day about results. They even called to see how I was doing. Highly recommend.

Woke up with strep throat on Labor Day. Thank goodness Mercy Urgent Care was open! Everyone was friendly. They got me checked in, diagnosed, and called my meds in to CVS in record time. Whew — thanks Doc!

I walked into this clinic and was greeted by a very sweet lady. The place was clean and the nurses that took the blood pressure reading were very friendly and concerned. The doctor was very thorough, and she explained everything to me to where I understood it. I have been here before and that’s why I returned. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was outstanding in working with a 97-year-old veteran who had difficulty hearing. Very patient and knowledgeable. The explanation was very helpful and was explained in simple terms. Suggestion for additional testing was most appreciated. Staff were efficient, and scheduling was straightforward. Would recommend.
