Inclusion statement
At Mercy Urgent Care, we believe in providing inclusive and compassionate care to all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic that makes you who you are. We strive to create an environment where every person feels welcome, comfortable, respected, understood and safe.
Founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1900, our Mercy ministry has served the people of Western North Carolina for more than 120 years. Our commitment to patient care includes all people, with a focus on helping those most in need. That remains true to this day.
A sponsored ministry of the Sisters of Mercy, Mercy Urgent Care is the only dedicated nonprofit urgent care network in our region. Our mission is simply to bring excellent healthcare and other needed services to all those in our community who seek them. The cross in our logo is both a reflection of our history and a symbol of our commitment to healing and well-being.
Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals is committed to delivering high-quality care that is free from discrimination or bias. We are here to provide comprehensive medical services, support and guidance to individuals regardless of who they are or what they believe. Mercy makes us different.
