From start to finish, the staff is attentive and friendly. My youngest two are 6 and we opt for Mercy Urgent Care for strep tests after having a rough experience at our doctors office. I explain this every time we are at Mercy and they always take it to heart, speaking directly and gently to my children. Terry and Meg are amazing!

This is my second time at this location, and both times have been fantastic compared to other urgent care providers. Good medical care is so hard to find nowadays, and Mercy Urgent Care should teach a class on it. Thank you.

Daughter had a rash on her cheeks, and the doctor knew what it was right away. Dr. Vandora is wonderful! She has seen her many times and is always cheerful and so knowledgeable. Thank you again for a great visit! Also, the wait time was great, and the ease of scheduling was also very easy. Highly recommend this urgent care.

When I asked my insurance for an urgent care provider, they suggested the Mercy Urgent Care ten minutes down the road from my home. Reading the reviews, I learned I could make an appointment for the following morning and complete all paperwork online prior to coming in. From the moment I walked in to when I left, I felt seen and cared for. The entire staff was kind and empathetic. I’m so happy to have a great urgent care team nearby if I need them again. Highly recommend.
