My husband was really sick and we decided to go here instead of the ER. Everything went smoothly. The doctor and staff were very friendly and kind and attentive. Would definitely use them again if needed — actually prefer Mercy over elsewhere!

Compassionate care, wonderful staff, and short wait times. The staff at Mercy Urgent Care East have helped me countless times, always treating me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. As a wheelchair-user, I appreciate that their office is fully accessible and that the staff offer assistance while respecting my independence.

Got a same day appointment with minimal wait. PA Fawne was a great listener, very attentive and professional. They were careful not to run unnecessary tests to keep the cost to a minimum, which is greatly appreciated.

Imagine 5 stars for an urgent care! Top notch experience. Good online advance scheduling. Short waiting room and exam room wait time, but plenty of time for the exam itself. Very good experience.
