All of the staff from check in to nurse to provider were extremely patient with my almost hysterical 11-year-old. He got extremely nauseous and threw up all over the bathroom. They comforted him, giving him Gatorade and a plan to follow up at the ER after being diagnosed with a probable kidney stone. I was extremely thankful for these ladies treating us with kindness during a scary time.

Love how quick and convenient scheduling an appointment here was — when you feel as sick and as bad as I did the last thing you want to do is sit and wait in a lobby! All paperwork was taken care of when I arrived, just had to check in and pay my co-pay. Everyone was helpful and kind. I would recommend Mercy to anyone who wants great care when they are feeling bad!

This was the smoothest urgent care visit I have ever experienced. Prompt, efficient and to the point. Coming from a different state with a sick teenager, we were really great full for their care. Thank you!!
