Both Maggie and Anna once again were great, professional, thorough, and gentle. I have followed up with a finger wound care specialist and all seems well. Thank you for the great care and the front desk receptionist as well. So glad to have that option available in our little town! I would definitely recommend the facility!

My son started acutely screaming and crying while going to the bathroom. I took him in immediately, there was zero wait time. All of the staff from check in to nurse to provider were extremely patient with my almost hysterical 11-year-old. He got extremely nauseous and threw up all over the bathroom. They comforted him, giving him Gatorade and a plan to follow up at the ER after being diagnosed with a probable kidney stone. I was extremely thankful for these ladies treating us with kindness during a scary time.

Love how quick and convenient scheduling an appointment here was — when you feel as sick and as bad as I did this morning the last thing you want to do is sit and wait in a lobby feeling horrible! All paperwork was taken care of when I arrived, just had to check in and pay my co-pay. Everyone was helpful and kind. I would recommend Mercy to anyone who wants great care when they are feeling bad!

This was the smoothest urgent care visit I have ever experienced. Prompt, efficient and to the point. Coming from a different state with a sick teenager, we were really great full for their care. Thank you!!
