My back was in spasm, I was unable to get into my orthopedic doctor in a timely manner. The team got me in and out quickly and were kind, considerate and very professional. I will use Mercy as my first choice when I need urgent care again.

This was the smoothest urgent care visit I have ever experienced— prompt, efficient and to the point. Coming from a different state with a sick teenager, we were really greatful for their care. Thank you!

This was my 2nd visit in 2 years, both 5-star visits. Friendly, helpful staff. The PA I saw was very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and wise in defining a course of action. She even volunteered to drive my diagnostic tests to a special testing center in Asheville to speed up my getting the results. I was thoroughly impressed.

My DOT medical certificate was up for renewal. I had been sick with the flu but had to get the exam. The staff was helpful in getting me in and the doctor was understanding and very compassionate, rare these days.
