So appreciate them being open during Helene. I’ve been sick all week and finally today decided to go. They were compassionate, understanding and fast—no one wants to sit in the doctors office while sick! I can’t thank them enough. Even with no internet things were smooth and fast.

My back was in spasm, I was unable to get into my orthopedic doctor in a timely manner. The team got me in and out quickly and were kind, considerate and very professional. I will use Mercy as my first choice when I need urgent care again.

This was the smoothest urgent care visit I have ever experienced— prompt, efficient and to the point. Coming from a different state with a sick teenager, we were really greatful for their care. Thank you!

This was my 2nd visit in 2 years, both 5-star visits. Friendly, helpful staff. The PA I saw was very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and wise in defining a course of action. She even volunteered to drive my diagnostic tests to a special testing center in Asheville to speed up my getting the results. I was thoroughly impressed.
