I had no problems scheduling an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early. Check in was a breeze and I was called back into the exam room within just a couple of minutes. My whole experience was great — The medical team was top notch and the office staff was awesome! Grace is a wonderful, caring and concerned practitioner.

Excellent doctor and staff. They figured out what was wrong and sent in prescriptions and I’m already feeling better. The doctor was thorough and took time to explain my illness. He counseled me on what to do to feel well again and even what to do if things got worse. Very pleased with the visit. Thanks to all.

I was able to make an appointment that was convenient to my schedule. Having been there before, I simply had to review and confirm my paperwork online, so the moment I walked in the door I was ready to be seen. I have a MercyMe membership so the cost of my visit was already covered. I did have a slight wait for the provider Teri but I never felt rushed once she got to me. Thankful to have Mercy in our area!

I was working in my yard and experienced a significant laceration on my hand and needed stitches. I was super impressed with every aspect of my Mercy Urgent Care experience. I was in and out of there less than an hour and a half—it was definitely better than spending half of the day in the ER! The care that I received was superior as well.
