The staff gets 5-stars, ALL of them. I was sick and they were all kind to me. The nurse did the right tests, the doctor looked me over and sent me away with treatment and as I was leaving the receptionist told me she hoped I would feel better soon. The wait wasn’t long, I was in and out in around 30 minutes. Thanks to all from a grateful patient!

Gerri was awesome, very friendly and a great bedside manner. I was feeling horrible but she took any tension off my visit. She understood what was going on and prescribed medication to help without just throwing meds at me as some doctors do. Will definitely refer others!

Arrived at Mercy Urgent Care shortly after they opened without an appointment. After updating my insurance information, in just a few minutes I was able to see the doctor to have a tick removed from the back of my thigh. In and out in around 45 minutes. Everyone was very nice as well as professional. I am from Florida and have been a patient at this facility before and have received excellent care each time.

We were visiting the area for the Memorial Day weekend and I developed a bad sinus infection. We easily booked an appointment online, and were in and out in 30 minutes. The staff was warm and professional. Great care and service! Thank you!
