Mercy Urgent Care is pleased to announce the opening of its eighth and newest location, Mercy Urgent Care Waynesville, at 120 Frazier St. A ribbon-cutting ceremony, courtesy of the Haywood County Chamber of Commerce, will be held at the new facility on Monday, Feb. 3 at 3 p.m., followed by an open house at the facility from 3-5 p.m. All are welcome to attend the opening of the new center, enjoy light refreshments and tour the facility.
The Waynesville location, just off the Great Smoky Mountains Expressway Exit 102, will officially open to patients the following day, Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 8 a.m.
Located in the Waynesville Pavilion shopping center, near Publix, Mercy Urgent Care Waynesville will be open seven days per week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This new location will bring high-quality, affordable and convenient medical care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries to Haywood County, giving patients in the Waynesville area access to walk-in care at a fraction of the cost of an ER visit.
