A representative from your company should complete, or update, the Employer Services Setup Form. This will create an agreement between your company and Mercy Urgent Care that can be updated at any time.
Service Authorization
Authorization must be provided prior to sending employees to Mercy Urgent Care for Occ-Med services. On the Employer Services Setup Form, you will be prompted to select whether you would prefer to provide blanket authorization for all employees to receive any of the selected occ-med services, or submit authorization per employee as needed. Authorization will be good for one calendar year and can be updated at any time.
Employer Portal Access
Our new Employer Portal through AthenaHealth will allow you to keep track of employee Occ-Med visits (not personal visits) and pay outstanding bills. Employees will have access to their own personal patient portal through AthenaHealth as well.
Test Result Access
Mercy Urgent Care will soon offer drug test results via a secure online portal, in addition to email. Our portal will provide 24/7 access to drug screens and breath alcohol testing results and serves as a convenient, centralized database for your future reference and compliance needs.
