The entire staff from the front desk person, nurse to the physician, were incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience. In this day and time when so many people do not care about how they do their job this was a refreshing and positive experience.

Very impressed and pleased. My husband was seen in about 10 minutes, even though I had made an appointment at the wrong place. Paramedic examiner was professional, complete, and swift; followed by the NP who was informative, professional, and pleasant. The antibiotic prescribed was ready for us by the time we got to the pharmacy. I’ve been a health professional for 50 years, I recognize that this is urgent care at its best.

I am new to the area and have been going to urgent cares on and off for eternity. This was the easiest, most pleasant experience I have had. Even the young girl at the front desk was friendly! Miguel and Sarah were super kind, informative and easy going! Definitely will be my go-to when I’m in Tryon.

I scheduled an appointment online and the process was easy. All the staff were friendly and caring. The nurse practitioner and the assistant had excellent skills with my 19-month-old. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend this provider!
