The staff is very caring and helpful. I get anxiety about going to the doctor and they made me feel welcome and safe. I also don’t currently have insurance and they worked with me to make the visit and prescriptions as affordable as possible. I highly recommend Mercy Urgent Care.

100% perfect—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am very happy this clinic opened in my neighborhood as busy as things are. This new clinic is going to help. It’s nice to know that they were there to help me with everything I needed and my experience is wonderful.

This is by far the best urgent care experience I have ever had. The minute I walked in the atmosphere was calm. The receptionist smiled and treated me like I was not an inconvenience. There were not loud, chatty employees… just peaceful. Shannon was so polite and thoughtful. That smile is amazing! The NP Denise could not have been more thorough and knowledgeable. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

We were greeted promptly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Jacqueline and the physician assistant were kind and had wonderful bedside manner. They explained everything patiently, chatted with us while we waited, and were proficient and knowledgeable. My husband said he has never had such a good experience at an urgent care or an ER. The stitches were flawless and almost painless.
